   My family had to wait 2hrs to have our food cooked. We arrived at 2:40pm and didn't leave until 5:30pm. When three other parties that sat down after us had already left when we had barely started eating. This was explained to the night time manager who other complaints prior to him walking in. He tried to accommodate but could've did more being that we had to wait so long for a Chef. It's not the customers fault if their under staffed. That was unacceptable

   My reservations was 2:15 we didn’t get seated till after 3 and still had to wait over 1/2 an hour for the chef to come. The food was good, but not worth the wait. The waitress was also so slow. I know it was so busy….maybe they need more staff.

   Stephany the server was great but our chef Sara was not interactive and hardly spoke. It sucked that we Missed the Benihana experience of fun of being cooked in front of for my grand daughter’s birthday.

   Waited almost 2 hours for our chef to start our order! Where informed that they where short on cold.

   I had reservations for 5:15p, I understand some delay but not over an hour to be seated and another hour to actually start eating, even after checking in early at 4:40p. Food was good as always and service once seated was good but the wait time was ridiculous, especially because we had reservations.

   It was a bit crowded. Server had a little bit of a hard time keeping up. The Chef Chico was really good. Food was very good.

    Quail was pur chef and he was GREAT! It was fun and he was so energetic and engaging with our table. Our group really enjoyed his entertainment!
