   What is the purpose of having a reservation to only be told that they overbooked. We had to wait almost a hour to be seated.

   Don’t expect to be seated at your reservation time as reservations don’t really matter at this very busy location. There will be many parties with the same reservation time as you. And then when you are finally seated an hour to 1:30 Hour later you will be rushed through the dining experience. The chefs also don’t do as many fire shows as other restaurants do.

   Celebrating Moms 80th birthday and could not have had a worse experience. We waited over an hour past our reservation to be seated and we had to complain to the restaurant manager to finally get seated. i felt horrible for the waiters as they are put in a very bad position when you have 10 upset diners. Overall service at the table was decent, but dinner was already ruined even before it started. We were never able to celebrate the birthday cake we had brought in. They need to revise their reservation system to ensure diners are seated within reason and train their managers in client service. I would not recommend Benihana in Las Vegas under any circumstance until they address their obvious issues.

   I always have a wonderful time when visiting Benihana's - the restaurant at the Fashion Mall in particular! The service is fast and responsive; the cooks entertaining and professional - and the food itself delicious and always includes SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD!

   The ambiance here is always great. My number one complaint is the food being cooked and served in “stages”. I want to eat ALL of my food at one time. If you try to wait, the food served already is cold.🙁

   The server made several mistakes at our table including not taking our order properly. The salad was ordered without dressing and it came out with dressing the server asked if we wanted to keep it and since we would eat I said sure but please bring one with no dressing which was done but I got the bill and was charged for the salad with the dressing $7.50. Don’t they throw out food that’s incorrect once it hits the table? Side note the chef was great.

    The floors were too oily. Could cause slipping hazard and I didn’t really like that my shoes had oil all over the bottom. The food was amazing as always
