Food wasn’t as good as I remembered. The fettuccine Alfredo had little taste. The pizza lacked sauce. Their brownie dessert was hard as a rock (in spite of us asking if it was warm or freshly baked). The mini dessert menu did not match the main menu and the photos of dessert didn’t match the description so it was visually confusing. The chicken piccata and Stromboli was good.

Great service on a slow night. Food was good. My dish was supposed to come with warmed burrata but it wasn't warm at all. Otherwise fine.

Stopped here for supper on our way to a concert in Shrewsbury. The service and the food were great. And, we made it to our show on time. Thank you.

Friendly service and decent Italian fare. We really like the spicy dipping oil for the bread.

Wait staff was not attentive to our needs. We waited over an hour after being seated to having our meal served. They had to come out and inform my son after an hour's wait that they had sold the last order of lasagna to a caterer instead of serving it ot him and he had the option of waiting another half hour for the kitchen to get one out of the freezer and delaying our meal or he could choose something else off the menu. I would not take a party of seven to this Bertucci's (Westborough MA) ever again. This is the third time in a row, we have received poor service. This is no longer a good value restaurant as there prices have increased dramatically. It is now $23 for a dish of spaghetti and meatballs. I would not recommendthis restaurant to anyone and it is too bad because it used to be one of our favorite places for family birthday celebrations.
