   We always make sure to visit here for a breakfast whenever we are in Miami Beach. The food is always excellent. The service is very good and it is a very nice space to relax and enjoy a meal. Always satisfied!

   We were there for new Years Eve dinner- they did a pretty good job with food and service. Nice entertainment as well in adjacent space. Excellent crab cake and lobster salad & deserts! Entrees were okay.

   We have been regular guests at this hotel for many years. I will say honestly, it was my mistake that I gave this place a second chance on a significant date. Our first bad experience was Thanksgiving. But I decided to give them a second chance and we decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at this place. I will say that our mood was ruined, that's not enough. A family of three with a child comes to an expensive restaurant and from the first seconds we are greeted by an unsmiling hostess, and the expression on the face of this short man always looks sullen and he is clearly out of place. He could not find our reservation for a long time, and this irritated us and him, after I poked him with our reservation, this man gave us (regular guests who leave tens of thousands of dollars every year) a table by the road. Then it gets more fun. We waited for food for 1.5 hours, the child became sick from hunger. Nice waiters, who were the only ones who tried to do something about this poorly organized day, did everything they could. The food was mediocre so we finished dinner 1.5 hours later and wanted to enjoy the rest of the evening drinking wine and eating desserts, to which the man tells us about the 2 hour table limit. Considering that the food was served 1.5 hours. I was furious. We paid over $600 for this whole nightmare. Not only will I never go to a restaurant again, I will never go to this hotel again!!! Don’t spent your time.

   My wife and I dinned at LT’s for New Year’s Eve. The food was very good, but for the price we were a little disappointed… especially because we decided on this location for our last meal of 2024 as it included live entertainment. However, being that we were seated outside we did not get to enjoy that aspect at all. Knowing this I would have booked elsewhere

   Food when it arrived was as ordered and very acceptable. The one problem was that our dishes were slow in arriving with the neighbouring table which. Was seated after us and had their orders taken after us, received their food before us. I complained to the maitre d’ who soon rectified the situation. As stated, the food was of the high quality that I have come to expect of LT.

   We enjoyed Christmas dinner at The Betsy. Opted for indoor table - lobby was bustling with piano player and guest at the bar. Our dinner of spicy tuna rolls along with filet mignon, Ny strip, bbq corn and jalapeño mashed potatoes was enjoyed by all. We have visited several times before and are never disappointed. Service is spot on and servers are friendly and offer menu suggestions.

    GLUTEN FREE chicken spacatta was excellent. GLUTEN FREE jalapeño mashed potatoes delicious with quite a kick. Filet mignon tender and delicious.
