   We love Biagio’s. Our dinner last night was the best one we’ve had there. The new theme nights look like a lot of fun so we’ll be back very soon. (Duelling pianos? We’re in!)

   Biagio’s Kitchen is my favorite Italian spot! The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is always consistent. The crispy calamari was perfectly cooked with a delicious dipping sauce, the Katrina pasta packed amazing flavor, and the strawberry chocolate tiramisu was the perfect sweet finish. Everything was timed perfectly, making for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!

   Our server, Maddy, was adorable and lovely. The food was fantastic. The place was a little cold but besides that it's a very nice restaurant and we'll be returning.

   Our favourite place to meet, not only for the food but for the ambiance. It is hard to find a place like Biagio where you can have a conversation. Biagio has done an excellent job of adapting to hard times. Friday night was the busiest I have seen it in many years. Yuk Yuks downstairs after dinner is a big draw.

   We had the prefixed Valentine’s menu, beautiful restaurant, very nice staff. The duck crostini appetizer was delicious and so was the raspberry panna cota. The manicotti was good, but the tiramisu and the lamb risotto were lacking in flavour and the risotto was almost cold. We would still go back though, just not for the prefixed menu as we’ve heard great things from others and this was our first visit.

   1) Did not haveenough kitchen staff to handle the numbers. 2) My souip was lukearm and so it was replaced. The next one even cooler!! 3) Service was slow and people who arrived after us were served before us! How to feel neglected!!! 4) Tip included and so one coiuld not reflect mediocre service and food in the tip amount.

   Biagio’s offers a great dining experience without being pretentious. The food is always excellent, the service is friendly and calm. The potions are generous so sharing can be accommodated. Whenever I visit Ottawa, I include this spot.

    The staff was very nice and we were happy with the service. Two of our groups’ meals came with a lovely assortment of fresh vegetables however they were cold and had to be sent back. One other meal was wrong a mistake the server caught before she delivered it to us but it meant that in our group of five everyone had to eat meals a different times and so we watched each other eat while we waited for our own meal. The food however was very tasty and as said the staff were very nice. Our only other suggestion was that the restaurant was very bright, it lacked ambiance, but that would be an easy fix. 😊
