   We booked a table for 6 and despite booking they sat us on a table only big enough for 4 and said there were no other tables. We also had several drinks forgotten and one person recieved the wrong food. Disappointing as Bills is usually good

   Food was cold, server was not paying attention. One table next to us left because they been ignoring for 20 mins to get drinks order. We got our food and our drink came after 20 mins but you gotta remind the server twice that you haven’t got the drinks. Our drink was hot chocolate and orange juice..

   Keine Pancakes um 8:45 Uhr. Speisen optisch bestechend, geschmacklich bestenfalls Mittelmaß. Für ein schönes Foto reicht es.

   We waited 30 minutes before we got a drink. We ordered 2 starters and only one arrived, we checked our order and the second had not been ordered at all so we left this and waited for mains which came in good time. We had duck curry which we are convinced was chicken? When the waitress was taking our order she was clearly not focused at all and looking all around the restaurant, I guess this is why she missed our second starter. The menu felt quite limited. We won’t be going back to this Bill’s again!!

   The food was lovely but the service was terrible. We had to wait ages for everything - should have realised that things were not going well when the couple next to us got up and left, complaining that they had waited for 1h15 for food.

   My experience of Bills last night was poor and very disappointing. I ordered two starter which were both verging on inedible. When I complained nothing was done at all and there was no apology at all from the waiter who told me he wasn’t the chef! Having eaten at Bills before I was hugely unimpressed and will not recommend it to friends. I think I have complained about food about twice in my life so I am not a persistent complainer at all. I genuinely thought the waiter would be interested to give my feedback to the manager and or chefs but I realise his just didn’t care. What a shame.

   Attentive service and lovely atmosphere however we all had brunch and all of our food was tepid and eggs cold. They redid our food and eventually enjoyed a hot breakfast.

   The food was mediocre, the service was slow and my friend wanted a takeaway box but she was told they don’t hand out takeaway boxes. I would not recommend.

   Staff member that was managing the bookings was rude and unaccommodating resulting in us leaving. We were booked on high stalled tables. When requesting if we could be moved to the lower vacant table due to one member having a disability, she gave us an attitude and refused to accommodate the needs. When advised another staff member we were leaving due to discomfort they then offered the lower table which could have been offered by other staff member initially. We chose to take our custom elsewhere due to the rudeness of the first staff member. Won’t be going back

    The only reason why we decided to come to Bills was for the gluten free pancakes. It wasn’t until after we sat down and had our drinks that we was told they wasn’t available. We had a very long wait for the food about an hour. The service we received whilst we was here was very good. Staff were friendly and approachable.
