    It was a very busy time but I had pre booked a table. Service was a bit slow & we had to find a member of staff to take our order. A couple placed themselves next to us with a DOG !! Fortunately they were moved to a more discreet table. Food was average. My soft drink did not arrive until the final stages of my meal. I have been to Bills on many occasions, but this was not one of my favourite experiences. If I had been a first time customer I would not return to Bills chain restaurants. . Disappointing on this occasion. .

    Always enjoyed Bills in the past but in Victoria there was no care, no cutlery, no table clearance , multiple mistakes by inexperienced waiters, we were moved to a different table because a customer had requested ours- no attempt to save the situation with a drink or any compensation, the food was not warm enough and overcooked and underseasoned and finally the waitress, after miscalculating our bill by £45, asked us to write her a review. Trust me, it’s as well we didn’t.

    Amazing food, lovely decor. Staff were very friendly and good service was very quick. We did have to wait in a line for about 10 minutes despite having a reservation, and the restaurant itself was very loud. But other than that, I had a good experience.
