    We had an amazing dining experience. Seated at the counter for full view of the kitchen and the chef’s tasting menu. This restaurant is a well oiled machine, putting out amazing bites of food, staff is very friendly and engaging. Our only small complaint would be that in our opinion the dishes came out too quickly. We prefer to have a slower experience and take our time, but again that’s exclusive to our taste. We have done many chef’s tastings and this one definitely did not disappoint and we will return.

    We ordered off the menu for the day. We were tempted by the tasting menu, but opted to be less full at the end of the meal. Service was great. We had a shrimp starter, the dry aged New York strip (done to perfection!), a glass of wine, a cocktail, and 2 desserts. Everything was delicious. A bit pricey, but an experience, especially since we sat at the Chef's Counter and were able to observe all the kitchen goings on including the pastry chef. A wonderful evening!

    Our experience at Birch was outstanding! Our server (I believe her name was Lola…if that’s wrong I apologize.) was very knowledgeable about every dish that we had questions about, and ensured that we had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious and dessert was even more incredible. Thanks so much for a wonderful evening!

    We loved our dining experience at Birch! We did the chefs tasting menu and it was a wonderful way to get a feel for the food at Birch. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious!

    Such a great restaurant experience, from start to finish. The food is remarkable, but the service, space, lighting and overall vibe is also top notch. Can't recommend Birch enough, one of the best in the region.

    This was my first time at Birch. Lola was our server and she was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable about the menu, including the cocktail and wine list and our plates were cleared multiple times when she noticed they were dirty and needed changing out. She was also warm, friendly, and engaging. The hospitality from back of house was generous and very much appreciated, and having several chefs visit our table during service made the experience unforgettable. We will be back again soon and thank you for a great evening.
