   Service was poor. App, salad, wine, and entrees were all served with in 10 minutes of each Ordered tomahawk medium rare to share for two. Came out medium well at best and no plates to share. One party member ordered a filet medium with Birkins Butter. Temp was fine but butter was not served. Butter was finally served after requested and after half the filet was eaten. Free dessert was offered due to issues. They were ok. Wine was poured by the server when the bottle was opened. Never poured another glass. Had to request water refill twice. Not sure we will be back.

   I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

   It was great!! Mackenzie was such an awesome waitress!! Her helper ( a guatenalan guy) was soo nice and Arquimedes waa also very friendly!! We felt we were at a friends house!!! Everyone there is great!!! We love this restaurant!!!

   This was our second time at Birkin’s and we absolutely love it! The food is amazing! My ribeye was cooked perfectly and sushi was delicious! New favorite restaurant!🥩🍣

   Drink prices were very good. We had escargot and bread as apps. I don't like paying for bread! The steaks were just ok...thinner than expected and not charred. One returned as it was well done. This was my biggest disappointment for a steak house. The sushi was delicious. The brussel sprouts were uneatable. We could not even cut them. Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. We plan to go back and try the chicken or have more sushi. We will not have steaks again.

    Valentine's Dinner so the restaurant was busy. Our server was so professional and helpful! Not rushed. Food was great! Portions were large (leftovers today). We will definitely return and will try the sushi as well.
