So what’s our story? We wanted to bring the finest BBQ to Dublin, and to open up a place that was like nothing else in Ireland. Sitting right on Wellington Quay, in the heart of Dublin, Bison is a slice of BBQ heaven. The food was very nice. However the waitress had forgotten to submit our order to the kitchen so we didn’t finally get our food until well over an hour after we arrived. They did give us a 20% discount for the error though.

Food is good , but service is so so bad. One of the waitress openly ignoring requests from people. And the smell of raw sewage in the place was unbearable. How the stayed open is beyond me. They said the couldn’t smell. We were a party of 13 we could all smell it. This is not a smell from the Liffey. The men’s both rooms were flooded with sewage water . Wouldn’t return
