   The French onion and mussels appetizers as well as drinks were great, but a bit pricey if not on happy hour. Salmon and braised chicken entrees were fantastic as well as the creme brulee and latte. Also, for sure use the inKind app for discounts and cash back.

   Staff was great! We started with drinks and the Tarte Flambée, which was excellent and the perfect size to share between two. The Poisson a l’Oseille and Steak au Poivre were very good and nicely sized portions. Coffee and dessert rounded out an enjoyable meal. We’ll certainly go again.

   Nice place, wish the website photos were accurately placed to show the difference between Capitol Hill versus Wharf locations. Also, champagne needs to be chilled, fyi. Food was good; great cocktails!

   It would have been a perfect dinner from the start were it not for a very loud group sitting four tables down and across from us. The group was rowdy, but tolerable, however one woman there had an extremely loud and piercing voice which made it difficult to hear each other, the ambience, the drinks, you name it...painful. Fortunately, the rowdy group left and the remainder of our dining experience was superb! Lastly we had a great waiter, friendly and attentive.

   Food quality and price just are not that good. Mon Ami Gabi has such higher quality food and price compared this substandard French Bistro. Would not recommend given such better food options in the area.
