Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors.

Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks. Of course Chef Arie’s menu will include many mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian dishes driven by altering his favorite recipes for his vegetarian wife.

Our first time trying this lovely restaurant since spending weekends out east. The escargot and mushroom and brie apps were good, but the fish special was spectacular! The apple tatin was good but the ice cream crepe was exceptional. We look forward to coming here again!

It was an amazing experience as usual. I have nothing bad to say. The 180 day dry aged steak was phenomenal in every way from the cut to the cook to the amazing sauce and perfectly seared foie gras.

Always a good meal. Went during Long Island restaurant week. Portions are the right size not huge, but packed with tons of flavor and beautifully displayed.

The food at Bistro Ete is always creative, delicious and well executed. The servers are very pleasant and the owners care passionately about their restaurant. They also have very interesting vegetarian and Gf offerings.

Wonderful dinner as always. Our favorite restaurant in the Hamptons and we dine here frequently. Owners are extremely hands on and it shows.
