   We’ve been coming to Bistro North for years and feel it’s the best restaurant in Summit County. They consistently deliver an outstanding experience at all levels, but last night was probably the best meal we have had there. It was our anniversary and to start the evening on a high note our server, David, who was such a joy, brought us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. We followed that up with the scallop and escargot appetizers paired with a glass of Pinot Noir. After that we shared a garden salad and the lamb chops and risotto entree. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate cake. Everything was so delicious and delectable, and we felt the price was a very good value.

   What a true treat! We spent New Year’s Eve here and had a wonderful meal. All the food was definitely handcrafted and the cocktails were phenomenal although this is in a shopping center it does not feel like that as soon as you walk in the door. This location is a must see if you were in Dillon or the Frisco area.

   Great spot in Summit County for good food and good service. I do wished that they would train their wait staff more, but hey you're in the mountains. Most all of their food is well prepared. be careful how you order though as appetizers will come out before your beverages and the wait staff seem unaware that you would prefer to have your drinks at least at the same time versus when you have finished your appetizers.

   Waiter, David was attentive & professional. My husband commented that the Salmon was the best he’s had. I enjoyed the Beef Wellington that’s only offered on special occasions. Ambiance was perfectly balanced: you could hear some of the dining noise but quiet enough for pleasant conversations.

   Still our fav place in Summit Cty. Waitress got a little behind with drinks but the place filled up and it is a really busy time of year so we are gonna not make a big deal of that. Great food.

   Honestly the dishes are a little muddled it’s like the executive chef is sooooo desperate to offer an elevated menu that they just include way to many flavors that compete with each other - no it’s not complex it’s just muddled. Ps - the menu font is ridiculous.

    Elote, thai steak salad, shrimp & sausage penne & flourless torte were all great! Lots of gf options available
