   Bistro North is a dining must when we are in the area for our annual ski trip! Our server for dinner was Cody and he was outstanding! Our party consisted of six adults and we ordered various cocktails, appetizers, main courses and desserts, all of which were excellent! One of our favorite restaurants and we will be back!

   Menu looked great. Looking at the menu I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. I was a bit shocked that I locked in a reservation 2 hours ahead of time on a Saturday night. Service was fantastic food was great. Would definitely go back again. The appetizers are generous portions and my only regret is that I didn't have the stomach capacity to try more different things.

   Bistro North consistently delivers top-notch service and food. We discovered this spot probably three years ago, and we make sure to dine there on our regular stays in Silverthorne. My husband and I shared an appetizer, entree & dessert. All were excellent & the presentation for all three was stellar. My husband also enjoyed his Old Fashion cocktail, sharing that it was superior to many others he’s had. And Aaron, our waiter, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful to us in making our selections!

   We enjoyed our evening. We have visited in the past. The food and cocktails are very good the atmosphere is comfortable and makes it possible for good conversation. It was a lovely evening

   This is an upscale restaurant in Dillon that offers a great dining experience. They have mixology bartenders creating very good drinks, a good chef offering up different dishes, and a pastry chef for great desserts. This place is a step above the other restaurants in the Keystone/Dillon/Silverthorne area. Had a great dinner with my kids here before we headed home after vacation at Keystone.

   Overall not worth it. The waitress was not friendly and was obviously annoyed that we had children at the restaurant. Food came out in correctly. Overall just not a good experience.

    We’ve been coming to Bistro North for years and feel it’s the best restaurant in Summit County. They consistently deliver an outstanding experience at all levels, but last night was probably the best meal we have had there. It was our anniversary and to start the evening on a high note our server, David, who was such a joy, brought us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. We followed that up with the scallop and escargot appetizers paired with a glass of Pinot Noir. After that we shared a garden salad and the lamb chops and risotto entree. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate cake. Everything was so delicious and delectable, and we felt the price was a very good value.
