   Restaurant Review: Bistro V I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bistro V, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the crab cakes—perfectly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection, they were a delightful treat that I can’t recommend enough. The shrimp and grits were equally impressive, featuring succulent shrimp paired with creamy, flavorful grits that left me wanting more. The service throughout our meal was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and warm, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed evening out. If there was one area that could use a bit of improvement, it would be the drinks. While the selection was decent, the cocktails didn’t quite match the quality of the food. However, this minor setback didn’t detract from the overall experience. In conclusion, I would definitely return to Bistro V. With great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere, it’s a place that deserves a visit!

   It was an unfortunate experience tonight. I have to assume the staff was in a hurry to turn tables but the service was fast and furious and the food was not good or up to the quality that I have had in the past and would expect for this price.

   I took our IT department here for the Annual Christmas lunch and everyone loved it! Every plate was clean when we finished and dessert was also served. I had the fish special of the day - Grouper served over a grit cake with a white wine butter sauce. It was off the charts delicious!! I have eaten at Bistro-V many times through the years and they are always exceptional.

    On a whim, my wife and I decided to try something new through Open Table for brunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how good Bistro V was. While the place is very casual, the food is absolutely high-end. No doubt I had the best Shrimp and Grits I have ever had. The portions are good and the price reasonable. We look forward to trying it again, next time for dinner.
