   Our table was sat on time and our server was very friendly and efficient. We had a seamless experience and had no issues. The food and beer were good. My only complaint are the prices being a bit much for a mid level restaurant. Almost $20 for the tavern cut pizza or $15 for the avocado eggrolls is insane! I would have added an appetizer or maybe considered dessert if the prices were cheaper.

   It was our first time coming to this restaurant. We were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff seemed to all be upset something idk. Our server forgot our appetizer and we ended up with it with our meals. The food wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot either.

   We had a reservation for 6 adults at 6:30pm. By 7pm, we asked how much longer it would be for our table. They said it would be ready soon. We then found out they gave our table to another family. We let them know we had tickets to a show at 9 pm, so we needed to know if we would be given a table soon. They said yes. More time passed, and we still had no table, so we left and went somewhere else to eat. At 7:45, we received a text that our table would be ready shortly. It would have been over 1 hour and 15 minutes after our reservation that we would finally have been seated. Maybe they should not accept reservations if they do not plan to accommodate them. The hostess and manager were both rude while we waited.

   I rated a two because the manager gave away my table, and I did make a reservation. I was on time. The greeter and another server told me that they are just waiting on the party to leave. Once they left the manager gave the table to another party. The two greeters up front felt so bad. They told me that the party’s reservation was actually at 7 and they were an hour late. I even arrived before they did. My reservation was at 830. The manager gave my table to a 7 o’clock reservation at 845 when he should have canceled their reservation. I discussed this with the manager. All he did was say he was sorry. When we’re were seated, he did not bother to check on us and they also sat us in the back of the restaurant. This was also my son’s birthday. This was a terrible experience. Everyone was great but the manager. He is why I rated a two and I really wish that I asked for his name.

   Not a place to rave about. The Chicken Bacon Piadana I ate had only small pieces of meat and very little taste at all. The fries that came with the meal must have been the last of a batch. They were very small and tough. My meal and several others were served on quarter pan baking sheet. This may be trendy but cooled the food quickly.

   We hadn't been to BJ's in years. Our last visit was great; the food was delicious. We visited recently & ordered one of the limited-time menu items. The item was served. The presentation was poor (it looked like a microwaved frozen dinner). We both took a bite & simultaneously stated that the meal was horrible. Our waitress happily took the entrees away, stating, "Oh, you're not the first to make those comments." We then ordered the flatbread pizza (sausage & pepperoni). It was, at best, mediocre. We were both disappointed with our meal, although our server was good. If we return, it won't be for some time.

    The food was excellent. The service was a little slow. The waitress might've had too many tables or something. I'm not sure but it was very good. We enjoyed it.
