   This was our second time to BJs. The first time was a few years ago. We made a reservation online, showed up on time, and the hostess apologized, said it would just a be a few minutes and she would be right back with us. Well we sat there for awhile until I realized I got a text, and went oh I guess we have to go up there. So I go towards the station and this man says Paige? And I said no, gave him our name, and showed him the text. He rudely says, oh that’s because it’s 2nd call. I explained we just walked in and blah blah, and again in a very condescending way, let me know they don’t call out names, as if It was completely uncalled for that I waited till 2nd call to approach the hostess stand. I kindly asked our server after dinner for the gentleman’s name, and it blew me away he was the manager. Jason is his name. I think Jason needs to remember what business he’s in, and try talking to customers in a way more polite manner. I didn’t know the procedure would be a text, because we made a reservation and the hostess did not make us aware. So I’m sooo sorry Jason that I waited till 2nd call. I will not be visiting this restaurant again, I’m sure it doesn’t really make any difference, nor do you care, but I figured maybe making you at least aware, you’d rethink the floor management. Yikes!!

   Met with our book club-group of 12 and had a great meal, service and discussion! Everyone enjoyed their meals and the half off Tuesday wine was a great bonus! Our server split up our bill, was very attentive and kind!

   Food was exceptional. Especially the pork chop !!! I don’t know what or how you prepare it, but it’s the most juicy pork chop I’ve ever had !!! Kudos!!!

   We enjoyed our visit. The only change I would make is the temperature of the restaurant. It is very cold inside the restaurant. The food and service were great!

   Had a reservation but was told we would have to wait for a low table even though there were some available. We decided to take a high top in the bar area. waited at least 10 minutes for waitress to appear until finally the bartender came over to get our drink order. when she brought then back she took our order. Our waitress brought the salad out and introduced herself. Not even half way thru salad when the dinners arrived. Mine was incorrect - chicken instead of shrimp.Asked another waitress to correct this because ours was no where to be found. Food was good but could not get a baked potato because the oven was broken, as it was on our last visit several months ago. Dessert was another fiasco - had to wait 20 minutes for it to appear. all the while we sat with our dirty plates in front of us as the waitress was MIA. We will not return any time soon.

   our server Crystal was amazing. we were celebrating my father and daughter's birthdays. we had the chicken pot stickers, 2 prime rib dinners, philly beef sandwich, salad/soup combo with clam chowder in bread bowl, and a burger meal. all cooked to order, tasted great, and 4 of us had desserts too! great time by all, and would highly recommend! (we did go early on a Saturday --around 430ish.)

    Our waitress was rude, impatient, and sarcastic. Extremely poor service. I don’t usually comment on the wait staff, but this woman should not be a waitress. Food was mediocre at best. Would not go back.
