   Wonderful food and great service. Not crowded. We were sat right at the time of our reservation. Pizookies were delicious. Server very attentive and efficient

   Our server Hannah was great. The food was good, nothing spectacular but for the price I think it was fair. Biggest problem, making a 7PM reservation and not getting seated for almost an hour. Several people waiting had the same complaint. Restaurant needs to do better with organizing reservations because it just seems like they are making too many and forcing people to squeeze together and wait.

   Reservations mean nothing!!! Checked in previous to our reservation and then waited nearly an hour and it would have been longer if my wife hadn’t found and spoken to manager

   So much variety! We all had different meals and they were all great! Too full for dessert. Next time definitely going to have one of their famous Pizookies!

   Not a good experience, had a 6;45 reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:30. Server was pleasant but twice we were brought the wrong food and the food was brought to our table at different time. One person received their food and the 3 others didn’t receive their food for another 15 minutes. Will not go back, very disappointed.

   BJ Restaurant has great food. However the amoumt of time you have to wait to be seated is unbelieveable, especially wjem you have reservations. I had reservations for 15 at 6:30pm and unfortunately my group had to wait until 8:00pm to be seated. Reservations were made 3 days in advance. No consideration, the staff just kept seating walk in customers ahead of us.then us no tables are available. I will not becoming back to this restaurant. Horrible service!!!!

   Great experience, first time visit was on Friday and come back Monday, both times Ashley was our waitress and she was phenomenal! She was very attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks and gave us great recommendations for things to try!!!

    Our Server Hannah was outstanding very knowledgeable of the menu, great attitude. Loved her. Kyle the manager was absolutely amazing, very professional and very attentive to my needs. I will definitely go again.
