   We had a large party of 13 for birthday celebrations. Our waitress was great and on top of our orders and special requests. And of course the pazookies were fantastic!

   Our waitress was amazing. Took photos for us and was very attentive. Super sweet. The food was awesome. My only complaint would be that the prime rib was too tenderized and was not easy to cut. The BJ wings were just the right spice, super tasty. Oh and the pazucci to finish it all off. Will definately go again.

   This location was out of many food selections. Waiter shared with us that the location we chose was a test store for many food items. Out of a certain steak. Out of a certain appetizer. Service was great tho!

   We had a great experience, in large part because of our server, Crystal. She was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile. My dining partner wanted a martini with stuffed olives, but I guess you guys don’t have stuffed olives. Crystal offered to stuff them herself. She did so, and his drink was amazing. The food was great as well, but Crystal really was the reason why I gave five stars.

   The prime rib was cold and dry. The burger and fries were cold and dry. They took them back and just reheated them. The prime rib was inedible and should never have been served. We were comped and then while finally trying to eat, our server was pressuring us to go and wanting to box up our food. She was concerned with her tip only as that was the first thing she checked when we paid our check. I recommend the Scottsdale location, but have had bad experiences the last 3 times at the northern ave location.

   We took a couple customers out for dinner and had a great time. Brittany was the BEST server!!! She was so upbeat and friendly it made the whole evening a terriffic experience. From the Deep Dish Nachos to the entrees, to the Pzookie deserts the food was really good.

    It was our first time here and the food was good. We had the pretzel for an appetizer and a burger for dinner. Both were great and we will definitely be back.
