   BJ never lets us down. It is a sports bar with a big menu. The wait team are great, the food and drinks come quickly, the tables are comfortable and the restroom is clean. I had fish tacos and Cesar which were great. The prices have gone up a bit, probably to make a profit with rising prices everywhere. I enjoyed my evening.

   We were immediately seated upon checking in at the front desk. The staff was very friendly and gave us a selection of tables to be seated at. Waiter very quickly took our order. The food was delivered hot and ready to eat. Drink refills were taken care of without having to wait or ask. Overall our experience was just as expected. We have been to this particular restaurant many times and will continue to return.

   while the serving staff was excellent and the food adequate, I noticed that we were overcharged the happy hour rates. Would not go again.

   I reserved seating for 5:30 and did not get seated until 6pm. Waiting for a table instead of a booth and when table was ready it was given to other customer who came in after me without a reservation.

   I'm glad that BJ's does reservations now via OpenTable. Checked in at the front desk and the host showed us to the table that was already setup. Service was good and food quality was consistent as it has been there for over 20 years.

   Service is slow. Food was disappointing. Ribs is over cooked and the Jambalaya is not how it was cook before.

   A hostess told us that there were no booth seats available, but there were plenty empty booth until our dinner was over. Our dinner was brought even before our water and drinks were served. They kept our prime rib stake in the kitchen until our appetizer was done so by the time the waiter served our stake, it was dry and cold. She was not really focusing what's going on. We were not happy with the hostess and the server's customer service there.
