We are a full-service events and catering company with a mission to provide the perfect event experience through unparalleled service and an unforgettable custom menu using the most seasonal local ingredients we can find. In fact, we source most of our ingredients from our own Blackbelly Farm, where we raise our own animals and grow fresh produce.<br><br>Whether it’s a small private multi-coursed dinner for you and ten of your closest friends, or a large scale corporate event, we do it all.

Our elegant, yet casual atmosphere of the butcher shop makes for a unique space to hold your private event. We hold monthly butcher demos called our "primal dinner series" as well as offer the space to be rented out for any occasion.

I had one of the best meals of my life at Blackbelly, I had the waygu flank steak, along with a precursor of fresh oysters and char-sui. Celebrating a great year with great food. Sat at the counter and enjoyed our conversations with the chefs.

Our server, Brooke was delightful and amazing! Great restaurant overall. Side dishes and charcuterie were delicious!! However, our party of 6 ordered the 36 ounce steak ($255) and it just OK..., NO FLAVOR... I may be spoiled by the ATLANTA area steak houses like Little Alley and Bones.

Everything was perfect from the first sip to the last bite. Our reserved table was not to our liking, so we were graciously moved to a quieter corner. We ordered a drink which was too strong for our taste, and it was politely replaced with a pair of Vodka Collins's, refreshing and delicious with our perfectly cooked burgers. The chef even sent a surprise amuse bouche for us to enjoy because we had ordered the "wrong" cocktail. Such delight! Nancy Barnard, Boulder Colorado

Blackbelly is our favorite restaurant in Boulder and is our go to “special occasion” spot. Every meal we’ve had there is delicious and the staff is so well versed and friendly, it’s a perfect experience all around. Thanks for being our last meal before we leave Boulder, Blackbelly! We’ll be back, even if it’s just for a meal here!

Absolutely a fantastic dining experience. Everything was top notch: food, staff, everything! While definitely on the hire end of prices, it was worth it! We sat at the counter seating and were so glad that we did, as the staff interaction, watching the food preparation and camaraderie of the guests was an incredible experience.
