   I'm a foodie who has dined at the top restaurants in the Philly region for many years and the food quality and value for the money at Black Fish is at the very top of my list for recommended restaurants. Look forward to returning soon!

   Food was delicious. Ambience was upscale. Very enjoyable dinner. Staff very attentive. My only criticism is the amount of food (small little piece of Dorade fish, a few shredded lettuce leafs, yummy salad dressing) was too small for the price ($38). The scallops were delicious, 5 for ($38). So, if you don’t mind paying a lot for a small portion of delicious food, enjoy!

   This place never disappoints. We had the specialty soft shell crab tasting menu and each course was a homerun. The service is always impeccable. This is easily one of my wife and I's favorite restaurants and cannot wait for our next reservation.

   Midweek themed dinner specials are delicious imaginative and a bargain. This week featured soft shell crabs prepared three different ways. Each course was better than the last. As always, service was professional and unobtrusive. As wonderful as the ala carte menu is, we check every Monday for the special menu for the week.

   My friends and I enjoyed the lovely five course tasting menu. Not only was each dish, prepared beautifully and presented beautifully, the service was wonderful. I’ve loved this restaurant ever since it opened, and it’s really impressive for a restaurant to be so consistently excellent over so many years. My ex and I had our 40th birthday party at blackfish. We rented out the entire restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever.

   We had no idea there was such a fabulous restaurant right in our backyard! This was fine dining in a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. The food was so imaginative and each bite was a delight! We dine everywhere in the greater Philadelphia area and Blackfish is distinguished by its curated provisioning. No large food purveyor influence here which would have made pedestrian what Blackfish makes extraordinary.
