Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old brothel, we take the best meat in the country from the award winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Sunday Roast almost as good as Mum's. Bookings and Walk-Ins available.

    I used to go to Blacklock at monument station, food there tastes better. I found it very bland, undercooked carrots, potatoes not crispy enough, gravy weak and watery. Yorkshire pudding soggy tasteless. On food season it’s essentially important. Price is reasonable but spending more definitely you can get better quality Sunday Roast anywhere.

    Fantastic flavours, one of the best fillet steaks we have had in a long time ! The chop selection was amazing and so flavourful and big portions ! Ended with a white chocolate cheesecake which was again one of the best we have had . Italian Red wine from Puglia on tap too ! Definitely will be back !

    It was great!! Travelling from Australia and it far exceeded our expectations. Great quality food at great value for London prices. Highly recommend the Luna Collada cocktail and the cheesecake as well!!

    Everything so good and served with heart. I came with my friend who came to UK the first time and I brought him here. He said this restaurant is absolutely amazing

    The food was delicious. Service from our waitress was lackluster and she seemed visibly irritated at the fact she was serving tables. For the price you pay you can find better service elsewhere without a doubt.
