   Somewhat disappointed in this experience in comparison to the location that used to be in Chantilly VA. The restaurant was only moderately busy at best. Service was slow and portions were not what they should be. I ordered the NY Strip Med Rare +. It came out medium well - almost to fully well. That's a big difference. They fired another one but it still took 15 minutes for the replacement to arrive all the while my dining companions were eating their meals. We got the tuna tartare which was delicious but it only came with 5 wonton chips to eat it with, and there was enough of the tuna for probably 3 times that many chips. We asked for more chips but it took almost 20 minutes for those to come out (and only after we asked about them) and then they charged for them. How about you just put enough on the plate to begin with and charge appropriately from the start ? So while I was still eating my meal, the server came along and asked about dessert... talk about feeling rushed. And then the check comes... not one iota of adjustment or apology for any of their mistakes. I'd be hard-pressed to go back.

   We were celebrating my wife’s birthday ….it was a wonderful evening, very enjoyable. Start to finish…from the atmosphere , our waiter Miles and the delicious food…including the complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday was a nice surprise, quite yummy and much appreciated !!!    Had a few small issues with my plate specifically but it didn’t change the experience. My waitress was an absolute gem and she handled the small mistakes with such grace and professionalism. She truly made the experience.

   Booked a table for Valentine’s Day and they tried to seat us at a table meant for 10 people The only other option they gave was a high table at the bar We went ahead and sat there and had to flag down a waitress 20 minutes later who said “the bar is busy” (it wasn’t) … I’ll take your order We had to flag down someone different every time we wanted something There was no waiter/waitress assigned to the table Food was mediocre and we spent $200 for a small order of wings, 2 beers, 2 cocktails, a burger and a small portion of shrimp and grits Gratuity was automatically added to the bill (and we didn’t even have a server) lol Won’t go back

   Food was excellent. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the crab dip. For dessert the red velvet island cake is a winner.

   Overpriced normal food. Got the oyster special and nobody could explain the different types of oysters. Food was mediocre and service was fine. Probably won’t be back.

   Service was extremely slow. The drinks took 30 minutes, appetizers took 1 hour to come out after ordering. The food and drinks were great once they finally arrived.

    The restaurant had potential and it was in a great location. We went for brunch and it was not enjoyable. The restaurant itself very cold in temperature which made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere. The food tasted as though it was reheated, lacked flavor, and nothing tasted fresh. For a brunch spot, unfortunately, I would not return.
