   My husband and I loved the atmosphere, it’s so light and bright. We sat at the bar and the food and drinks were delicious and the service was great! We will definitely return next time we’re in Nashville!

   The food was good but not any better than Las Palmas, which would have been a fraction of the price. It gave Chipotle vibes but “make it Broadway and add liquor”. Our server wasn’t the best. For us, it wasn’t really worth the cost.

   Perceived value is so much more than food and beverage. It is everything in between. You are 100% correct, Tacos are not worth $18 if they are not accompanied by excellent hospitality. It certainly sounds like we missed the mark on a few things. Your experience with a Blanco should be higher level dining practices in a casual environment.
