The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients.     What an incredible experience. The food was spectacular. Burrata salad, Quesabirria, steak/frites and prime fillet with foie gras …. Delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. Presentation was perfect. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere was quaint but stylish. Highly recommend Blanco Colima for a great experience. Tres Leches was to die for.

    The atmosphere in Blanco Colima was excellent! However, I felt like the food wasn't quite as spectacular. No dish was awful, but no dish was truly memorable either.

    Me pareció un lugar muy interesante en cuanto a ambientacion. Por otra parte, lo más interesante y relevante del menú parecen ser las entradas y realmente son excesivamente caras respecto al resto del menú. Destacó, por otra parte la coctelería: el trago mezcalito tropical es increíble.
