   We went for the first time to Block 3, their whiskey and spirits selection is off the chart extensive / they bring you an IPad to list them all! My daughter is a vegan and while they don’t have a winter vegan plate they just asked her to pick from anything on the menu she might like and they make it into a nice plate. Very nice of the chef. Also my wife first filet mignon was charred on the outside but our excellent waiter Daniel wanted to bring her brand new steak for her which was awesome as he could tell she was not dazzled. My son and I had an awesome shaver prime rib sandwich which was the special. All in all would definitely recommend

   Had trout and chicken. Both were okay. Risotto was good but only slightly warm and had a crust and weird color on top like it had been sitting around for awhile. Caesar salad was overdressed with a rather bland dressing. Won’t go back. Waiter was nice and attentive.

   This meal was amazing and our server Christopher is excellent. The cocktails were delicious, the appetizers of queso and shrimp cocktail was excellent, (could have had a couple more shrimp on the plate but they were tasty) and the steaks and sides were truly remarkable. The Dry Aged New York with blue cheese crust was the best steak I have had in some time. The garlic clove on the plate is an excellent touch as well. Christopher was knowledgeable, fast and provided excellent suggestions. All around great service. We have mentioned at least 3 times what a great meal we had! Thanks Block 3.

   We went for our anniversary. They were out of a few things on menu. They replaced lobster with scallops charging thr same price. Our waiter should think of a different career. He would leave our table as quick as he got there leaving noontime to ask for anything. We asked for another drink he never came back, didn't ask how our meal was cooked till half gone, which our steaks were over cooked, they did offer to replace them but at that point I didn't want to wait another 20 plus min for another one. There were just a couple other tables in the restaurant. Food tasted ok besides being over done. Wish the server would have slowed down to see what we needed, certainlydidn't' feel attended to. Doubt we will be back. It's to bad.

We were much busier at the start of the week than we anticipated going into off season in Big Sky so some favorite items were depleted after our food order was already made for the week.    We had a fantastic meal at Block 3! Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared well. The charcuterie appetizer and the game sausages were delicious! Everyone enjoyed their entrees as well. There is an extensive wine and cocktail menu also. The service was fantastic! Our waitress was extremely attentive! Will definitely return. We had never been in the past because we wrongfully assumed it was an average hotel restaurant. That’s definitely not the case.

   The restaurant staff was more than helpful, drinks were amazing and food topped it off! Cheese board is a must.
