   Our reservation was for 5:15. We waited in line to check in. The group in front of us was taken to their table. We waited for 15 minutes until we were helped by two very nice girls. Within this 15 minutes, we asked the bartender if we could get some help, and made eye contact multiple times with the man who had taken the group in front of us to their table but never came back. The two girls brought us to our table and informed us our waiter might be the man who never came back to help us. He never came over for the 5 minutes we were seated. At that point, we asked for a manger and explained what had happened thus far. He offered us champagne and at that point did the waiter come over and start pouring water into our glasses. We got up and left. 0/10 will never come back.

   I will start with a positive Jasmine was the only light in the whole experience. I have been to Blondie a multitude of times under previous management and have never had an experience so disappointing. We were here to celebrate a birthday. Jasmine did all she could to fix the problems with a pleasant disposition. The hostess MACKENZIE was very rude. She told us she couldn't seat us until everyone was there, 4/5 ppl were there, which is fine if that is the policy. I guess that doesn't matter and in addition I watched other incomplete parties be seated. We planned to order a mimosa tower but they were out of Prosecco. To be out of a staple item on the first nice day of the season seems like a severe mistep by management. As a previous restaurant manager/ consultant myself this is unacceptable. We waited 45 minutes to an hour for our food party of 5. Our food was cold and overcooked. No manager was even available during peak times to support their staff or address customer concers is unfathomable. Then right before we left they all of a sudden prosecco. I've been to many restaurants and this is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The management team needs a serious overhaul.

   We had a 2:00 pm Sunday Brunch (3/23/25) for two siblings' birthdays! While the servers were courteous and apologetic, WE DID NOT RECIVE OUR FOOD UNTIL 3:45.!!!! That's over 1.5 hours of waiting! There was no manager or owner on site to listen to our complaints! The worst part of the experience was when we left the restaurant one of the birthday celebrants had a Windshield Boot placed on her vehicle because she had paid for two hours (normally plenty of time) for our meal! She had to pay $200 to have it removed from the towing company!

   Worst dining experience, took 10 minutes to get water another 15 for a lemon for the water. Cocktail 30 minutes. Utensils took 30 minutes to show up as well. Menus never left table and food never landed on the table. 0/10

   There were 6 of eating for lunch/brunch. The atmosphere was nice and the food was was great. Great place to eat with a group. We will dine there again as well as tell other people.

    Horrible .. horrible customer service food was not hot but warm .. food was disgusting ! Overall manager was accommodating & he was very nice ❤️
