   Energizing place and original and tasteful food ! We loved the dishes and cocktails. Overall a disappointing experience however, mainly due to mistake between our server and the kitchen. About one hour after ordering and without having received anything, we asked if our order was about to come soon. Given the reaction when she checked where our order was, we understood that it was never placed. We were instead given edamame to quench our appetite. Nothing of an apology from anyone. By the time of dessert, the order had, again, forgotten to be sent to the kitchen.When asking if it was on its way, we were instead told that the dessert takes time to prepare and it was not because of a miscommunication with the kitchen - people, we do see your interactions and it is easy to understand when a mistake has been made. The restaurant was packed that evening, and servers and busboys were busy. We understand that this type of situation happens one day or another at every restaurant. At the end of dinner, our server told us that management had authorized her to graciously offer the table tea and coffee on the house - something we declined. Where we felt truly disappointed was in the absence of acknowledgment from anyone (including and mainly from management) that mistakes were made in the order. This experience will of course not happen to everyone, but I do hope it will not happen to your table. Management, this is a great time to reflect on your customer retention strategy.

   I’ve always loved Bloom Sushi for its delicious food and beautiful location, but sadly, my recent visit wasn’t up to the usual standard. While the food remained fantastic, the server we had this time was surprisingly rude, which really dampened the overall experience. It was quite disappointing compared to the excellent service we’re used to here. I hope this was a one-off because Bloom Sushi has always been a favorite for its amazing vegan offerings.

   Étant fan de sushis, je peux facilement dire qu'il est pour moi le meilleur restaurant de sushis végétaliens à Montréal! Les plats sont variés et raffinés, contrairement à d'autres places. Un service toujours de très belle qualité. Pas besoin d'être végé d'ailleurs pour apprécier :)

   Belle expérience et originalité. Excellent service. Le restaurant était bondé et tout c’est bien passé malgré que nous avions un spectacle en soirée.

   En voulant profiter du menu MTL à table et d’un rabais proposé par AMEX, j’ai été surpris que le restaurant n’accepte pas la carte de crédit AMEX. C’est dommage et contradictoire comme l’évènement est justement présenté par AMEX.

    Great food and very attentive service. Our 3rd time here and we always leave here satisfied! The manager even came out and shook our hand as we were leaving, really shows they care about their customer.
