   Food never arrived! Waited an hour and 48 mins before the 1st plate was course was served. Ending up leaving hungry, and excuses from the staff. Meanwhile patrons seated after us were on their second & third courses. Worst valentines dinner ever. Traveled from Long Island. Reservation was for 11pm 1st course didn’t arrive until 12:48 when we were leaving.

   I just wouldn’t go back on a holiday. I like Blu but it was disappointing.

   I can honestly say that the lobster mac and cheese was great. I have tried it in so many different states and countries but this by far is top 5. For anyone going i recommend you try it. Give my best to the Chef

   Food and service were excellent. The biggest negative was the music. Way too loud for a great establishment. Felt like they retrying to create a "club" atmosphere. Will return but if the music is too loud in the future, puts damper on the experience and will have second thoughts about returning.

   Deontae made our dining experience phenomenal! I came to Blu on the Hudson for my birthday dinner and had a blast. Deontae gave us great recommendations, amazing service, and overall made my dining experience unforgettable. We will be back! Such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can request Deontae as your server!

   annoyed that I spent my hard earned money at this establishment to find out that I was referred to as a derogatory slur behind my back.

    Best experience always, been going there since they opened. The servers are always on point, the food is immaculate & the bartenders know what they’re doing behind the bar. Will always give this place business & always be a 10/10 for me!
