   Absolutely blown away - this is a must stop for all foodies visiting St. Thomas. I couldn’t choose a favorite on the tasting menu because they were all delicious, mouth watering and unique. This is easily on the level of fine dining in Chicago, New York, Paris. Seriously, you have to visit Blue 11; it will be one of your favorite lifetime meals.

   This is the best food experience is St Thomas. Enjoyed tasting the many dishes which were all delicious. Don’t recommend the wine pairing. You are better off ordering wine by the bottle

   Overall quality of the food was fantastic, but even on a rather quiet night it was 15-20 minutes between courses. Wanted to do the 9-plate, ended up doing 7 though after we had already been there for 2.5 hours. Great food, friendly and happy servers, but a very long evening.

   We had reviewed the menu ahead but when we got there could only choose from a 7 9 or 11 course chef’s menu. Unfortunately our friends aren’t fish lovers and the menu was seafood heavy

   The on line menu was replaced by a chef’s inspired 7 9 or 11 course meal. I found the food excellent but our friends don’t care for seafood

   Very welcoming sitting at the Kitchen counter to observe the chefs at work. Dishes were perfect in size and variety. Pace of food was also good. Kitchen did an AMAZING job accommodating a few preferences. 2 of us did the 9 Course, 1 did the 7 Course - so glad we did, can’t imagine doing the 11. Overall the meal, service, variety, and taste of food was amazing!!

   We had the 11 course dinner. It was absolutely delicious! Chef David Benjamin hit it out of the park. His staff are knowledgeable, attentive and more than courteous. Next level…the balance of flavors, the precision and use of local fish and ingredients ….simply delicious!

    Wonderful experience. Food was amazing! I just wished that the chef table was a bit more aesthetically pleasing. We could see all ingredients and such used in the kitchen but it wasn’t super organized. The food and service was amazing!
