Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is a vibrant Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.

We proudly offer traditional Sushi & Sashimi dishes as well as entrees from our hot kitchen, including Japanese Grilled Short Ribs, Oxtail Fried Rice, BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, Salmon Tobanyaki, and our famous Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken.

We are nestled inside the historic Plymouth Hotel 1 block from the Miami Beach Convention Center and across the street from the Bass Museum of Art.

We offer seating indoors at the lobbby bar, sushi bar and dining room as well as outdoor seating under our covered canopy or poolside alfresco.

Great sushi! It was definitely fresh, there was a fishy smell coming from the kitchen most likely due to the mass quantity of fish they are cutting. I would eat here again!

Don’t get the ribs. Or the palm salad Rolls were good. All but one sashimi was good

Two of us for dinner. We felt the portion sizes of rice bowl and ribs were just too large. We had to leave over half of it. The sushi and rolls were perfect though!

From arrival to ordering drinks and food our host and our waiter were nice, patient and easy to order from. The place closed at 10pm on Monday but we were not told to leave. We closed our tab and stayed comfortable another 30min while staff was preparing closing. It was a very smooth touch where we were not feeling rushed. Food as always was delicious and fresh.

The vegan options were limited on the menu - but what was even more disturbing was the waitress had no knowledge of what food is vegan and brought ad up as a sub that was honey based. If you are working in food service you should know what you are serving or send someone over. The menu was almost white limited and very over priced. To be honest- we ordered a few appetizers and then walked out.
