   I love this restaurant, and especially love taking my out of town guests here when they come to visit! Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the tenderloin steak and key lime pie! Outstanding service, happy & very attentive staff! Thank you!

   We booked this reservation over a month ago - and had very high hopes. My boyfriend has been here before and said it was AMAZING, but this dinner definitely fell short. We ordered the cheesy potato doughnuts to start and they came out undercooked, and cold. We didn’t say anything at this point because we thought our main meal would be better… We ordered the Alberta Cut of the prime rib (comes with a Yorkshire pudding) and the Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and broccolini as accompaniments. The Yorkshire pudding came out cold, as did the prime rib with peppercorn sauce. The sides (thankfully!) we the only warm part of our meal. The server was great and we let her know that it was cold and she offered to get the kitchen to remake everything. I hate wasting, so we declined and just asked for new Yorkshire puddings and new peppercorn sauce. They came out shortly after, still cold. They did come to check if it was better, but I felt so bad to tell them it was still cold after remaking? After all was said and done they took the accompaniments off our bill, which was a nice gesture, but it was not what was wrong with our meal. It really was such a shame to have this experience as it was our “Christmas dinner.” Our drinks were great, and our service was great, and the taste of the food was also good, but it’s such a shame that it was all cold :(

   Great experience and good value. Had the happy hour fondue and added the striploin that was incredible (tasty and tender!).

   Family of four, enjoyed our meal, no complaints. Service was great. Between us all, we had souffle pancakes, eggs Benedict, and the breakfast meal (mountain breakfast, or something??). All of the food was good, we would definitely return, we just had some other amazing restaurant experiences during our trip so we can't quite give it five stars! Definitely a good brunch spot though.

   We chose Bluebird for my wife’s birthday meal. We reserved a table in advance and were sat upstairs between two other duos. It was dark to the point that we had to use our phone lights to read the menu. Our waiter served all around us and got to us almost ten minutes after being seated. We ordered drinks and it took quite some time for those to come out. A couple seated at the bar at the same time as us had their drinks and appetizers before we even had drinks. Everything was slow - to the point where our server commented that several large groups had held up the kitchen, but our food (pasta) would be out on five minutes. It was not. At that point, we chose to speak with a manager. They did comp our mains, which was appreciated, but for a restaurant that has received such high praise, we were disappointed with the service and ambience. The food was good. The prices are a little high for what you get (ex. $15 for a dessert), but it is a high quality of food.

   Ashley our server was excellent! Very personable and professional! Whole family thought he was Great! Gave us some excellent suggestions for what to try supper-wise… which was all perfect portions and excellent food… Really Tasty!! Would definitely go to BlueBird again!! Oh that’s right we booked for breakfast tomorrow it was so good!

   Everything is modest with this place, except the price in the menu. Location is modest, interior design is what you see everywhere, and no specialty or chef recommended options. Not sure why the price tags are twice compared with other brands while not keeping half the quality. Maybe they included the tips in the menu?

    Great food, great service! Nice location and nice restaurant. Generous portions and the food is prepared perfectly! Worth dining here for sure.
