   The service was outstanding, personable and charismatic staff. The meal was delicious and came in good time. My table ordered seafood, steak, and pasta all were prepared to perfection. Definitely will be returning

   BOA Steakhouse in Santa Monica is a jewel. The food is excellent. Front desk management is warm and welcoming. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

   My wife and I have been coming here for 14 years now. We just had our 14th Anniversary of our first blind date which happened at this Santa Monica location. It's not only that this is a sentinel place for us, but the ambiance and atmosphere are fabulous. The service is always topnotch impeccable, and it was no different on this occasion. The food is spectacular and one of the best steaks anywhere. Our memories and experience are elevated even further thanks to the hospitality, kindness and warmth of William Ousley, who has been there since our very first date, making sure we are happy, and greeting us with genuine enthusiasm. He's absolutely incredible and part of the reason we come back every year for our special occasion. Thanks BOA, all the servers and William for an ongoing remarkable experience. Love it here. 5/5 Food. 5/5 Ambiance. 5/5 Service.

   Took my family to Boa for my wife’s birthday. We had a reservation but were not seated until 40 minutes later, having to stand in an uncomfortable cramped doorway most of the time. The Matre D did apologize for the wait, but that was it. Normally, at a high end restaurant the GM would make an appearance and comp an appetizer or something to try to make it right for the abnormal wait with a reservation. Service afterwards was slow at best. The food was “OK” but below expectations for the price paid. All in all, a significant disappointment and I doubt we will go back again. This used to be one of my favorite places to take visiting business associates from out of town.

   Consistently INCREDIBLE! A+++ Highly recommend! We have been coming to BOA Santa Monica for many years now and each time we have dinner there, it's amazing. The food is absolutely delicious (Steaks and Seafood are top-notch, Goat cheese baklava is a favorite appetizer, table side Caesar salad is the best we have ever had!) , Ambience is strikingly beautifully lit with a cool vibe, and Service is unparalleled. We always love seeing William and feel so welcomed by him! A class act!

    Ambience and service were great. Food on the other hand, wasn’t as great. Tomahawk was order with rub and it didn’t taste like anything at all. Mac and cheese with lobster wasn’t worth the price. It was lacking cheese.
