Bobs was a great experience, the mood was perfect, the staff was phenomenal, but overall the food was average. we got the tomahawk, brussel sprouts, asparagus, potatoes, fried lobster, ceaser salad, chopped salad, strawberry bobbie, chocolate cake, and a peanut butter sundae. We definitely tried a fair share of items, but in all honesty after all of that the only part that really would have me come back is the complimentary bread they serve. it is AMAZING. as well as the chocolate cake. but besides that. it was average. we spend close to $250-$300 and honestly I have had better. Steak was undercooked, and I usually get medium rare, but it was so chewy it was hard to eat, the asparagus were tough still, lobster was average. Overall, i wouldn’t come back. But it was a good experience!

The prime ribeye I ordered was cooked medium rare as ordered but extremely tough. I question whether it was actually prime. I consistently get better meat from Costco.

Wonderful dinner! Waitress was very attentive and helpful! Food was phenomenal! We had Ribeye and Duck. The lobster bisque was delicious!! Would definitely go again!

We decided to stay away from the touristy steakhouses by the Stockyards and wanted to try something different from the National chains. So We decided on Bob’s Steakhouse Sat at the wide open bar and the service was great… Unfortunately that’s where it ends. My wife and I decided we would split everything which by the way doesn’t mean cut your steak in half… Started with the $36 scallops which were extremely salty and medium rare at best. Shrimp cocktail was good although wish I knew the cocktail sauce was going to be served on top. Wedge salad which was cut in half was decent although quality of the bacon bits was questionable. This leads us to our $95 Prime Ribeye First of all it was cut in half…WHY???? But even more disappointing the steak was medium RAW! Ordered it medium rare and NEVER REQUESTED it to be cut in half and completely ruined… What makes it more troubling was the cook who cut it in half obviously should have seen it was way too rare… Dessert was decent. Money wasn’t the real issue here but expectations were and they didn’t come close to delivering…

Steaks were undercooked and had to be sent back, server didn’t seem to care. The steaks lacked flavor and were tough. Manager usually comes by to ask how everything was, never saw a manager. Definitely not with the $450 bill…….Ruth Chris would have been a better option. Won’t be back.

We LOVE the Grapevine location but the Fort Worth location is lacking. This was our first time at this location and the service was very slow. Our server was very nice, it was just overall lacking and we brought a few new people expecting the Bob’s Grapevine experience and we didn’t have that. One server instead of 2 or 3 people checking on us, no manager check in at the table, empty drinks, no berries for the crème brûlée, no baked potatoes available, steaks overcooked, long wait times between courses. Never in our 30 plus visits to the Grapevine location have we had any of these issues.

Everything was stellar from the hostesses when we walked in the door, to the amazing service, and of course the food was beyond perfection! Bread and butter…yum:-) Blue cheese salad, filet mignon, smashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, carrot cake, the Dirty Bob martini, and the Little Darling mock-tail…FLAWLESS.

We’ve been here before and come back for good reasons. The food was amazing, service was great, and a great ambience that’s not too loud for special occasions. We’ll definitely be back.
