   The booking said ‘live music’ as did the advert on instagram show a saxophonist- there was neither just a DJ who played for 20mins then took a break for an hour and left on some Very quiet background music. One of our waiters clearly didn’t want to be at work and you know I get that it was Boxing Day but people are paying to dine. Food was good, the Prosecco was Excellant. The ambience wasn’t good and we wanted a lively environment and we booked for that purpose based on the advert and I feel like I was misold

   This little gem has the best pasta I have ever eaten outside of Italy. Really really good! And friendly, excellent service.

   We decided to go to bocconcino after reading lots of lovely reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Our server (we think the owner) was super friendly and the food was gorgeous. We’ll more than likely return next time we’re in Soho. Thanks! 😊

   We had burrata salad, calamari, truffle pappardelle, and pasta boar ragu - all fabulous. Very lovely staff and great service. It’s situated on a quiet and charming street in Soho.

   What an absolutely awful experience from the moment we walked in. As we were running late, I called the restaurant, even though I thought we would make the 15 minute grace period. Arriving roughly 12 minutes late, the hostess’s informed us that they may not be able to seat us as the kitchen was closing at the top of the hour. Which was a time 15 minutes after our reservation. Fortunately a hostess spoke with a “manager” and they were able to seat us. However, we had to wait, as they gave our table away. Mind you, this was a £120 per person prix fixe menu. We were rushed through ordering, entrees were served on blue plates with chips on each plate, and multiple chips mind you. And then, we were informed we could not order the desserts that we wanted, as they ran out. No “manager” ever spoke with us, despite walking by our table numerous times. Definitely a must miss.

   Absolutely lovely setting, the waiter was excellent. The food for Christmas Day was outstanding and a great choice on the menu. The price for what we had was a little excessive but all the same a nice experience.

   Service is good and food is good but not deserving such a Price - Christmas menu too much expensive , like a 1star Michelin.. but not at the level. Too much noisy.

   Drinks didn’t arrive for a while and when they did, they delivered one, took the other away with no explanation and returned 3 minutes later. Starters were good, main course very disappointing. Service also very disappointing, too long a wait between starter and main course and the waiter was rude, ignored when called. They dropped dishes right next to me with no real apology, left the floor greasy and slippery and I had my foot in an aircast boot, so dangerous for me. My coat ended up with food on it but no interest from staff about this. I had to ask for a discount on the bill due to the terrible experience but met with a surprise that I should ask. Overall would not recommend.

   The service, atmosphere and in particular the food was brilliant. The freshly made pasta is outstanding - 5 star! If you are nearby, this is a must visit.

    We had a day trip into London and we all really wanted Italian. Seeing that this restaurant made its own pasta was just fantastic so we had to try it! I had the lobster pasta which was really tasty, my daughter had the boar and my husband had the vongole which was also super. We had some nice wine to compliment the dishes. Despite it being incredibly busy the waitress was able to get us seated quite quickly. Service was very friendly - the whole experience was fantastic
