Waiting service was bad, had to ask numerous times for drink, that nobody wanted to delivered. Was giving the wrong sauce with dinner and asked the waiter to change it for me, he took away the sauce and never came back. Had to ask another two waitress for the sauce and neither of them came back with it. Had to shout over to waiter hanging around the kitchen could he grab the sauce to which he actually did but then added it to the bill as an extra sauce. Asked for the bill numerous times and end up having to walk up to the till and asking to pay for it there

The food was nice but size was so small. My steak was just not enough to fill me and the endless chips didn't make up for this. Wouldn't be for me but may suit others.

The food and service here was excellent and I will definitely be returning. The garlic bread is extremely flavourful even without the garlic dip side provided. My steak was perfectly cooked and the pepper sauce had a kick from the brandy that added to the overall experience. The only criticism I would have is the overall brightness of the restaurant and the way tables are packed together means there is little sense of intimacy. The restaurant was packed so the noise level was quite high. None of this is a deal breaker but if you are looking for an intimate date night restaurant this probably isn’t it. One thing I did note was that the restaurant is coeliac friendly which is something we watch for as our eldest child is coeliac and it is still very difficult to find places that cater for the condition so this is a huge plus for us as a family.

Great venue if you are looking for a quick & quality bite to eat. The food is great quality and plentyful but it a "Dine&Dash" venue as opposed to a sit & enjoy. In saying that, if this is what you are looking for it ticks all the boxes. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff are outstanding. Would we go back.... Maybe. Did we enjoy the experience.... It was ok but the enthusiasm of the servers made it. It just reminds me of another TGI's, Eddie Rockets etc. The restaurant caters for a certain group and does it really well.
