   Omar was our server. He greeted us immediately and was attentive, friendly and polite! The manager (Lady) was walking the area and checked in on us making sure everything was up to par. It was! One thing I loved seeing and hearing was the friendly banter and laughing from management and employees. It makes me think the Kennewick Boiada had it figured out and my husband and I are regulars due to the menu, service, and great service!!!!

   We had our first experience today and let me say it wasn’t just a good meal. It was a fantastic food experience. Our waiter, Omar, was very professional and attentive to our needs. Chef Callie was very helpful in our meat selections, giving us accurate descriptions of the meat choices. We definitely will be back again.

   Omar and California were amazing, prompt and so nice. Food was excellent, as were the drinks. Very high class dining environment. Would recommend

   The grill was running behind without any meat ready for over 15 minutes on arrival. Beef was either well done or rare and they had to keep hitting only 1 or 2 tables. In the past things were slower cooked and ready to just crisp and bring out, tender and enter overdone. Our cocktail waiter Omar and Meat server Cali were amazinf ans saved the say when the waitress didn't bring a drink, messed up on amount of expensive pours, not coming back to even check in on drinks. Omar basically took over and cali made sure we got out meats we had been wanting to try still. They used to have a bigger salad bar also, and the one aide was quite minimal just 2 lettuces only and store purchase-based dressing. We've come to kennewick 3x now and spokane once and this was genuinely subpar. Not aure what was going on with the lesser salad bar ans kitchen bot having meat prepped right but it was not great. We never saw 25% of the listed options of meat. The flavors were good on them but sitting around just waiting hungry isn't the goal or purpose of this churrasco.

   I have been to other brazilian steakhouses and they were great but this one wasnt… i definitely wont be back… food was ok… but the service was terrible! Plus the seating in there is aweful! I don’t recommend this place… go to Texas Roadhouse… much cheaper and better!

    Overall the food was good, but I’m used to more choices of meats. Salad bar was stocked very well. Drinks were ok.
