Boiler House at Pearl is a true Texas original. Situated in the historic Pearl Brewery complex on the San Antonio River Walk, this wine-centric restaurant occupies the former “boiler house” which powered the adjacent brewery. Lead by Executive Chef Alberto "Beto" Gutierrez, the menu focuses on grilled items from local farms and markets, with a focus on “Texas ranch-style” cuisine. These delicacies are paired with extraordinary wines from around the world (available by the glass, bottle and “to-go”), full bar, live music and a casual yet energetic atmosphere. The unique list of wines boasts some of the lowest prices in the area.

The restaurant incorporates various private dining areas suitable for private or corporate functions and an expansive outdoor patio area where guests can enjoy dining alfresco. We can host groups anywhere from 9 up to 290 guests in our unique, flexible private event spaces.

Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. Was greeted with celebratory champagne and a wonderful waitress. The food was amazing (I got the Texas burger). Drinks were great, and everything was priced just right. Will definitely be back!!!

The salmon was spectacular. Everything we got was. Our waitress asked if we were there for a special occasion - it was our anniversary. She brought us appetizers and dessert on the house. The ambiance was great as well.

Busy but not too loud. We had drinks and brie bites. I could have eaten 10 of them. Ao good. We shared the grilled cheese and rib meat sandwich. Very good.

We have been to The Boiler House several times. Our visit before this last one want that great. Service was lacking. But, last night you guys nailed. We had excellent service. Our waiter who had several tables did a great job in balancing them all and also the help from other staff members just made the experience that much better. Of course the food was amazing, we had the Squid for an appetizer which was amazing and then the wife and I both had the Elk Chop, which was amazing. The waiter convinced us to try the Bread pudding and wow, 3 for 3. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks for the great and friendly service.

Aneesa (sorry if I butchered the spelling) was our phenomenal server. She gave great recommendations, was very attentive, and made the entire dinner really special. We will definitely be back and will ask for her! The food was 10/10, my favorite meal in San Antonio. We travel a lot for work and eat at a lot of restaurants, but Aneesa was absolutely fantastic and helped make this place very memorable for us! Can’t wait to come back!!

My wife &I walked in 10 minutes after our booked reservation and still greeted with a smile and, NO WORRIES. I had added an event, DATE NIGHT, when I booked the reservation. As we were escorted to our table, the young lady stated,”ENJOY YOUR DATE NITE”. My wife looked back at me and smiled. Our waiter, Chris, knew the menu and we asked his recommendation. He was right on point. The food was so delicious. My pork chop and my wife’s filet mignon were tender and full of flavor. Our sides of green beans and loaded mashed potatoes were incredible. Everything the ambiance is what we were expecting and the noise level was minimal. What we didn’t expect was the complimentary glass of champagne and bread pudding dessert. We were both unexpectedly surprised. The price was not a shocker and well worth the experience. The only thing I would say is that there is only two rest rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. They are also shared, men/women.

This was a really great place to enjoy The Pearl. The food was excellent and service on top of everything. Bit noisy but we were in the bar area. Would definitely go back the next time we're in SA.
