   I had a terrible experience at BOM KBBQ during my 2:00 PM reservation for three people. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed and unwelcome. We were told the kitchen would close in 30 minutes, and only 15 minutes into our meal, we were informed that we had just 15 more minutes before the restaurant closed entirely. This left us scrambling to eat what little was available, as most of the hot food and vegetarian options were already gone. We were approached multiple times to hurry up, and by 3:00 PM, we were forced to pay the full price of the buffet despite having a rushed, inadequate experience. It's unprofessional to offer bookings that late if guests can't even enjoy the full 1.5-hour limit. If the kitchen and restaurant are closing, reservations should be blocked from 1:30 PM onward. Overall, an extremely disappointing visit. I won't be returning.

   A range of yummy food & ice cream with a cracker atmosphere, it’s perfect for a fun night out. The staff are friendly and attentive. So it you’re looking to have fun? BOM KBBQ is the place!

   Horrible seriously. First of all the food quality is crap. Not fresh not good quality. Thinking about it gives me a stomachache. Second of all slow service they don’t come around changing the grills. There was a spill and they left it there for like 10 mins and they clean it up heartlessly, it was still a big spot of coke on the floor. Sticky and obvious. There was some charge on a Sunday by paying by CASH???? Since when do we pay charge by paying by cash??? Horrible all together. Unfortunately. Only one staff member was nice otherwise it was all unprofessional and disgusting. Im so disappointed. Spent $120 for absolutely nothing …

   Among other Korean bbq in Sydney, this place fails to impress in variety of food available for the cost of dining $250 for five !!, small plates lead to more mess, staff is excellent in their service. If you are to keen to enjoy Korean bbq. I would recommend to go city or the one in Bankstown they are good, comparatively to the cost and value of food you would have to pay here.
