"I am proud to present our rendition of authentic dishes from India to the National Harbor. Here you will find many classics and fusions all presented in a modern fashion. My goal is to bring traditional Indian meals that were a large part of my childhood and share them with the world.

I spent my life perfecting my technique at the Taj Coromandel in Chennai where I served countless guests day in and day out. The dishes I present to you today are my proudest creations, in which I hope you will enjoy every bite.

From street food to delicacies reserved only for royals, I am overjoyed to present my recipes to you at this humble restaurant. I strive to offer only the finest presentation with the finest ingredients."

We were moved from our table half way through. We weren't given new plates etc. service was rushed and food wasn't good.

We went for lunch. Staff were friendly but we felt that the service was slow. Food took quite a while to appear but was extremely tasty. The music was really loud.

Phenomenal experience. The decor is beautiful. And the food is so flavorful. I will go back again this week and make it a date night location for my husband and I.

The Indian cuisine restaurant is very elegant and features a variety of known Indian dishes. On the evening I went, I ordered the spicy tandoori and fried calamari for starts. I then had the chicken tikka marsala with basmati rice. Very good flavor on both.

Food was delicious! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband ordered the salmon. We both really enjoyed our selections. We will be returning.

Everything we ordered was good. However, it is a pricey Indian Restaurant. I was offended by them automatically adding an 18% tip when there was only two of us. I am a good tipper, but I didn’t add any additional tip because I want pleased they automatically added it.

Food was really good - no complaints at all! What I objected to was the fact that they include an 18% “Service charge” regardless of how many people on the table. They added this charge for only two people and it was not clear to see - they also added an Additional Tip line which if you are not careful you can add without realizing it’s a second “tip”.

Experience was horrible and we will not be returning. I made a 6pm reservation. We had to continuously ask other wait staff to go get our server who was always standing at the front of the restaurant. We asked for additional napkins and he brought only 2 to the table. Mind you it was 3 of us. He never stopped by to see if we needed anything; didn't ask if we wanted dessert. We asked for the check and paid in cash. We left it on the table and as we were walking out he was standing at the front, where he'd been the entire time. He yells out about the check as if we were walking out without paying. We told him it was on the table. I'd like to hope our poor service was not based on race. Not to mention....the food was horrible. We ate a few bites and left the rest there. No need for a to go.
