   Beautiful restaurant offering a cosy dinning experience in old port Montreal. The service was impeccable in keeping with fine cuisine dinning. The food was delicious and exquisitely presented. Will definitely return.

   Single handedly, without any doubt, the best food and cocktails that has crossed my lips and the most personable service to date. Run, do not walk! A goose Cosmo, Mushroom Ravioli to start, Beef Bourguignon and a Beaujolais, Souflee Calvados and a life altering Espresso Martini by Maxim!

   We’ve bee coming to Bonaparte for 22 years now. It’s a favorite on our visits to Montreal for so many reasons: the food is fantastic. We don’t always get the tasting menu, but when we do, we are always happy to have the opportunity to try so many wonderful tastes. The service is impeccable, and the lovely old building and dining spaces within are charming. We have always recommended Bonaparte and we will continue to do so. Thank you for a lovely evening!

   Great food and service. Fish, beef and chicken dishes we ordered were all excellent fresh and well presented. Everything tasted excellent. Take the time and order the apple pie and also the soufflé.

   Had a wonderful meal here. I did the tasting menu, which is not cheap, but well worth the experience. The food was wonderful and the staff were everything you could possibly hope for, even from a high end French restaurant. So happy we chose Bonaparte for our "fancy meal" while in Montreal.

   C’était la première fois pour moi et nous avons adoré! L’ambiance, le confort, la qualité de la nourriture, le service; tout y était. Guillaume nous a servi avec beaucoup de professionnalisme soit extrêmement poli et courtois et chaleureux en même temps. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

    Enjoyed a lovely dinner once again at Bonaparte. Excellent meal and service as usual. Only downside was the $30 parking fee at Ondigo lot near the restaurant. Not the restaurant‘a fault but if you can find parking somewhere else nearby, park there.
