The Warm Goat Cheese with Beets Salad was so tasty--a riot of flavors in my mouth. I'd easily order it again. My husband's Reuben Sandwich was an amazing amount of delicious food, beautifully presented. Next time, we might share the sandwich. It's so high, it had to be cut with knife in order to put into one's mouth. We don't come here often because we do not live near by, but have never been disappointed with our menu selections.

Our server was exceptional. My partner and I opted for mains when we normally go casual and were surprised to find the flavour profiles to be less interesting. I wish I’d gone with the falafel bowl over the sablefish and I think he would have gone with the burger over the pork belly. The kids food was excellent and I’ve never seen my son finish meatballs and spaghetti so definitely won him over.

Dining at Boom and Batten is always a pleasure. The food, service and ambience are consistently at a high level. The recently added warm goat cheese salad is a winner and the gnocchi bianca has been a favourite for years. We have been regulars since it opened. Thank you!
