    We were so excited when BORI opened in Montrose! Best Korean we’ve had outside of Korea where we lived for 5 years. We arrived super early (40 min!) for our reservation but they were still able to accommodate us. Be aware: parking might be valet only. We found on street parking but we may have been lucky to not get towed though as Lovett Blvd might require a parking tag of some sort.

    Great food, great service. Only complaint is relatively loud music, which is totally unnecessary since most customers are family. BORI is now one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. Since it is still soft opening, no coffee is available. Hope coffee will be available soon.

    Ordered the ribeye and bulgogi for date night. It was plenty of food if you include the banchan and other side dishes that came. The server was quite attentive and is an amazing cook.
