   We arrived and were seated promptly with a reservation. The restaurant was very busy. It took a while to get a wait person but once we did they were pretty wonderful. Our wait person was gracious apologetic for the initial wait and very attentive. The food was all good. We had a few pizzas all yummy and a burger which was also quite good. Overall. Not quite a 5 but very close. This is a very pleasant neighborhood pub style restaurant. We will go back

   Our first and last time…. We wanted to try out this place based on strong reviews on Open Table. We tried the restaurant week menu. The risotto rice ball was fantastic, but the chicken parm was overly salty, pasta accompanying it was over cooked. The gnocchi was super greasy. Dessert of tiramisu was good. Service team was fantastic as they took a team approach to serving. Friends had the margarita pizza and said sauce was mediocre at best. Management appeared to just hang out on bar stools in the back of the restaurant rather than interacting at all with customers. Ambience is dated and needs some modernization. Won’t be back as there’s too many better Italian places in Scottsdale.

   The entire table ordered the burger on our recommendation- quite different from a while back when we ordered them! The patties were very scant! Would not recommend.

   Overall service and food today was trash. We travel from Glendale to this place and they just didn’t do it for me today. I love their pancakes but after today I will never go back.

   So we’ve been to BnB in the past and since we had family visit from out of town who always insists on “picking to the check”, we wanted value, ambiance and flavor! Boy did y’all deliver. As usual! Our family wants to return to visit us from Texas as long as Born and Bread is another fine dining experience. Thank you all!

   I have dinned at BORN AND bread several times. My wife and I were slightly late. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was Friday evening. Looks like it was nice business going on anyway food was very good. I had the simple pasta Bolognese and Caesar. My wife enjoyed hers too. I’m going back.

   Excellent Cosmo and draft beer choices. Their burger is amazing, the bolognese delicious and the Caesar wrap is huge. The servers and bartenders have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Love having this neighborhood place!

    Stopped by for both brunch and dinner on the same day because this place is so good. Food was phenomenal and the staff was a delight. Would recommend for any occasion!
