Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Crain rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye

We always visit this restaurant at least once when we are in Las Vegas, because we have never had anything other than an excellent experience. This time was a dinner party of seven for a birthday celebration. We ordered 3 apps to share (the fois gras special, the mussel dinner as an appetizer (absolutely an excellent suggestion from the server!), and beef tartare) All were perfect, and dunking the warm bread into the broth of the mussels was delightful. Dinner included steak frites, pepper steak, lamb, trout, 2 orders of roast chicken, salmon. Desserts were shared among us all. Wine was a bottle of Bordeaux. Pros: Excellent creative food, beautiful presentation, Attentive and friendly service- every need was anticipated before we knew we needed it. Courses arrived at the table in a timely manner, and the server was very helpful, answering questions and make suggestions. The food temperatures were spot on. Cons: The restaurant specialty roast chicken, which is normally absolutely perfect, had very dry white meat, specifically in the thickest side of the breast meat. When it was served, the skin was darker than usual, so that would account for the dryness. Since two of our party of seven had ordered it based on my previously glowing recommendations, I personally felt bad for misleading them. I always had ordered the chicken during brunch, so perhaps the late hour accounts for the variance. Note: Most of the diners did not adhere to the suggested dress code; there were sweat pants with tee shirts, hoodies, no-collar shirts, etc. Personally, I felt it was disrespectful to an excellent staff to wear the same thing as you might to a fast food restaurant, but to each their own. It also means that if you didn't bring business casual + clothes, don't let that stop you from enjoying an excellent dining experience.

What a fantastic experience! From food to service, it’s all top notch. Exactly what you’d expect from a Keller restaurant. Been coming here for years and never disappoints. Typically here for brunch but dinner is also fantastic. Get to try new menu items in addition to the wonderful seafood tower.

We went to Bouchon to have the trout dinner — Which they were sold out of. Then we tried to order the scallops. And they were sold out of the scallops Wait staff was competent. Sommelier made a good recommendation for the wine. The brisket was OK and the lamb was inedible - the sauce tasted like a brown gravy from Heinz. Escargot and seared foie gras were good. We used to enjoy this restaurant but that was the last time we will eat at Bouchon.

We typically enjoy the Las Vegas Bouchon because the service and ambiance is so much better than his other locations. The service was impeccable tonight but the food was mediocre at best (well except for the bread, French fries and dessert). We always get the French onion soup. Who ever prepared the soup that evening omitted salt. It was awful. The trout was extremely fishy and the steaks undercooked. The dessert was the best-a dark chocolate brownie with orange ice cream and a dark chocolate-a orange sauce. All in all I probably won’t try bouchon again. It’s really a hit and miss experience.

Bouchon used to have the best breakfast in Las Vegas. The “Small American” used to include juice and coffee, no longer, and the original link sausage was extraordinary, it has since been sourced a couple of times and this sitting, it was inedible. The fries on my Croque Madam were cold, an absolute sin, I don’t know if it was a kitchen problem or server, who seemed to be preoccupied with anything but service. I’ve been going to Bouchon for Breakfast or brunch ever since they have opened on my twice a year trips to Las Vegas. Though the meal didn’t meet their standards, the cheese danish and coffee were exceptional, that hasn’t changed, and it’s worth going to Bouchon just for that.
