   The food was fabulous! Jennifer was friendly and had great food suggestions. Her serving assistant was really friendly as well! He was quick and attentive.

   The filet mignon flambé was incredible!!! Loaded potato did not disappoint with the very generous bacon pieces. I highly recommend Bourbon & Bones and will come back when in Scottsdale. Also, very important, the staff is fantastic!

   We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. The only seating we could reserve was hightop in the bar. The food was good, nothing extra special. Our waitress was not good. It took a long time to get our drinks, despite she has a “team” working under her. The team did everything and a runner brought out the food. It was mediocre to say the least, wasn’t impressed and hopefully they will provide training for their staff to be friendly and to make everyone feel special on a birthday celebration.

   Hugely disappointing experience. Dressing on the Caesars Salad had a very bad after taste. Steak was inferior quality. Lobster tail was grossly undercooked and had to be redone. Potatoes in the cheesey potatoes side were also undercooked and the cheese overwhelmed the dish. Drinks were ordered first yet came well after the bread and the salad course was served. Waitress barely checked on us so we had to flag other servers for assistance l. One saving grace was that the waitress must have recognized things were going pretty poorly and brought us a complementary dessert, which was actually quite tastey. Overall probably the worst meal we have had at a restaurant with high end prices in the 10 years we have lived in the area.

   Our waiter was great but the food was a joke for how expensive this place is. The wagyu had no flavor compared to other steakhouses and the truffle mashed potatoes had too much truffle oil in it we couldn’t even eat it it was so gross. The margarita was way too sweet you couldn’t even taste the alcohol. By the time I was done with it and how I felt I could easily tell they hardly put any alcohol in it. For a 300 dollar bill for 2 people this place is honestly a joke.

    Pride Winery Wine Dinner event: Noise level unacceptably loud, due to the bar and deck area open to other diners not included in the event; I ordered a non-red meat substitute entree for one of my guests at the time of the reservation, but despite calling ahead the afternoon of the event, and having things confirmed, the entree for my guest was delivered elsewhere. By the time another one was delivered, everyone else had finished theirs… The manager adjusted the bill accordingly, but overall this was a disappointing event, even though the food and the wine were excellent… We could not here Steve Pride describing the wines, and the noise level from those not included in the event was disturbing. This restaurant apparently is not equipped for this kind of event.
