Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways.     It’s been a couple years since we’ve visited this location and they have stepped up their game. Food came out PERFECTLY the first time. Filet medium and lobster tail both cooked impeccably and incredibly tender. Our server Brittany was most gracious, knew her stuff and personable. We’ll certainly not allow years or months to pass again before going back. Not sure what you’re doing differently in chefs or management B&B, but keep it up👏👏👏

    It was our first time trying Borbon and bones. A friend had recommended it to us. We left disappointed to say the least . My husband ordered the shortrib it was so fatty. He left 75 percent of it not eaten because of how fatty it was. I ordered the filet mignon medium well. It was undercooked. And too red . We were very disappointed in the food. The service was very good. Just wish the food was the same. Would not recommend

    Would def go back. I got the purple reign cocktail and a 6oz steak with a wedge salad and some asparagus. Loved it all!

    Both the service and food were outstanding. The only downside was that it’s a bit noisy in the restaurant

    Great service, good food, nice atmosphere. But $3 for a clear ice cube when I’m dropping $400 on dinner for two just rubs the wrong way.
