Took the Intercontinental Hotel shuttle from the airport to the restaurant located in the hotel. So convenient! The food was excellent. The service a bit slow.. however not unusual these days. All in all a good dining experience.

The menu on Open Table is NOT the menu they have on site. We searched menus prior to going and picked this place based on that but was disappointed when we arrived and nothing we picked out was available

It deserves a much higher star rating. Bradstreet Crafthouse stands up to it's description of gastro pub. The gormet food is not a cheaply done knock off. We started with the herb salted eddemomi. Freshly steamed and lightly flavored with a sage base smoky salt. The carmalized scallops looked beautiful, served with a sweet potato gnocchi, glazed with a brown butter sauce. It was richly done, with distinct flavors melding well together. I enjoyed the lobster club. Easy to get too, but probably ignored on the MSP airport property. Validated parking tops off the night.

We had horrible service. Took almost an hour to get our hamburgers, and then they forgot my Wife's hamburger. 25 minutes later she finally gets it as the rest of us are done eating already. Although they comped her burger, the waitress didn't even apologize as she handed us the bill. The ONLY reason we went in the first place was our Cousins were staying at the ajoining Hotel before they headed back to Florida the next morning. There is no reason for us to go back here. The one positive was the free games. My Teenage boys enjoyed playing pool while we waited an hour for our food ( and it was NOT busy that night).

Fun, quirky little place. Nice atmosphere that is a blend of man cave and posh club. Menu is somewhat limited, but our food was excellent. Switched servers half way through the meal, but both were very personable and professional. Drinks are top-notch and interesting.

This was weird from go. It was a risk as a hotel restaurant, but gave it a try. It was a bigger risk for the wife’s birthday, and for that is was a total fail. Arrived and the people who seated us had no idea what Open Table was or how it was possible they were on it. They said they didn’t take reservations, and given the four of us more than tripled the number of diners in the restaurant, I could see why. It was a ghost town. Creepy empty. Bad start. Food was...okay? My daughter had a Caesar and I liked it though she did not. Too fishy for her taste. I had the walleye sliders and only could eat one of the two. Overpowering herbal flavor in them. Overall this place was not great. The only positives were the bourbon old fashioned, which was very good, and our server, who was great. We won’t be back though.
