Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

Wine list is e list is not extensive but very well curated with perfect choices for any pallet. Off-strip location offers a relaxed vibe with a more real-world feel and servers who actually give a darn how you’re liking things. Highly recommend

                                                                    Wow what an amazing restaurant. Italian inspired is how they describe their menu, with several other influences making it really unique. We had two small plates and two of their mid sized, and had leftovers. Ragu pasta was spot on, fish was excellent. Service was also spot on. Will return, even though it is a long drive from our house.

                                                                    The ambiance and atmosphere is beautiful with good music. Our server was Mark. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough! Food quality was very good as well as the drinks. The food and wine menu is a bit limited and could use some additions. We will definitely be back!

                                                                    One of the best dining experiences that I’ve had traveling. Excellent service & presentation that was matched with an abundance of savory flavors and textures. Was an awesome evening that included some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. This place deserves a lot of love and culinary respect. The staff was as good as any that I’ve had and I’ve had some that were incredible. This place is a gem!

Began with an Eastside ($16) and enjoyed the smooth freshness with a hint of tartness so much I ended up asking for two more during the night. Tried the Pork Belly Agrodolce ($18): The fatty pork piece was rich, almost candy-like in taste and fairy floss in consistency. The bed of polenta soaked up the tongue-numbing spicy chili oil. Shrimp Fra Diavolo ($30): Another of my pasta favorites from Bramàre, just a happy marriage of large snappy shrimp and al dente noodles in a smoky spiced and fresh-tasting sauce. Atmosphere: Still luxurious without pretension. Service: Most excellent from beverage wizard Oscar and bartender Julio.
